Eileen and Prakash argued when Prakash giggled at Eileen's hand.

Climax
The part when Prakash giggled at Eileen's hand and she over reacted and decided not to talk to him anymore.This drastically changed the lives of the characters and also changed the main focus of the story.

Resolution
Open ended
Prakash did not bother about who Eileen was seeing and neither did Eileen care about Prakash anymore.We see them both going their separate ways without giving their relationship another chance.

The interesting part of the story was when Prakash made the joke about Eileen's hand reminding him about her fathers hand.Although it was just a small joke, this changed the whole story as Eileen did not like the joke and walked away. And their relationship was broken up because extremely small mistake that Prakash made.
